Times of India asks Rs one crore for carrying article on Malayalee journalists


Media behemoth 'Times of India' has issued a legal notice to 'The Weekend Leader' demanding Rs. One Crore as compensation over the publication of the article, “Raising emotions, falling objectivity, the truth behind Mullaiperiyar coverage in Chennai newsrooms,” in our website.

Anshul Saharan, Manager Legal, has issued the notice on behalf of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd, owner of The Times of India, and Sunil Nair, Resident Editor, The Times of India, Chennai.
